This page describes the procedure to install XMapTools using MATLAB 2020b

Procedure

  1. Download the latest version of XMapTools from the developper Git repository
  2. Copy the files into: UserName/Documents/MATLAB/XMapTools/Program/
  3. In MATLAB, navigate to this folder and run the program install_MATLAB.m
  4. Change the current folder to your map directory and type XMapTools in the MATLAB command window.

You can access the source code using the MATLAB App Designer by editing the files XMapTools.mlap.

Updates have to be done manually by pulling from the developer depository. You do need to run the program install_MATLAB.m after any update.
